What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Organization: Review and organize truck and trailer maintenance records to ensure usability.
• Data Quality: Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing to improve the accuracy of maintenance data.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze maintenance data to identify missed service intervals, repeat events, and operational trends over time.
• Insight Communication: Partner with leadership to share observations, findings, and recommendations from data analysis.
• Operational Exposure: Collaborate with Finance and Shop leadership to understand maintenance workflows and observe data-driven decisions that improve efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Full-time college student who has completed their sophomore year by the start of the internship and is currently enrolled at an accredited university.
• Experience: Interest in data analysis, logistics, operations, finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work independently, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Preference given to applicants residing in Utah, and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
