Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile | Mozilla

• Mission: Translate product marketing and growth strategies into reliable, repeatable execution across App Store Optimization (ASO), lifecycle programs, product launches and other priority growth initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Claude Code, Cowork, AI-assisted workflows

What You’ll Actually Do
• ASO Execution: Coordinate and execute App Store Optimization initiatives, including metadata updates, creative experiments, and app store events.
• Campaign Execution: Translate approved lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on campaign execution across key user journey moments.
• Launch Support: Support the execution of product launches and other priority growth initiatives by coordinating workstreams, cross-functional handoffs, and operational follow-through.
• Operational Readiness: Own shared localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows across supported workstreams, identifying and escalating blockers and risks.
• Process Improvement: Develop scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve execution consistency and reduce coordination overhead.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
• Experience: 5+ years coordinating multi-step marketing programs across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Skills: Strong operational judgment, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently, with experience creating repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Bonus: Experience with mobile growth or ASO, including metadata optimization and creative experimentation; comfort working with performance data, including campaign measurement and experiment analysis; experience building automated and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code, Cowork, or similar tools.
