About the Job

This is an entry-level role focused on helping families choose the right life insurance and financial protection options. All clients are warm leads who have specifically requested information, ensuring no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no recruiting requirements. Full training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling)
  • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
  • Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget

Compensation

The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 – $800. Agents have the opportunity to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. There are no quotas.

Note: Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance. These ranges reflect averages for active agents.
