Business Management Associate, Foodservice Sales – Campus Recruiting | General Mills

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational role at General Mills, located initially in Minneapolis, MN or a designated NAF field location anywhere in the continental United States. This early career program, with start dates in January 2026 or Summer 2027, is designed to launch your career through structured development, coaching, and hands-on selling experience within the North America Foodservice (NAF) segment. NAF competes in the growing away-from-home market, serving diverse channels such as K-12 schools, colleges & universities, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, hospitals, hotels, and senior living facilities. Progression within the Sales Division requires relocation for subsequent roles, building the depth and breadth needed to transform into future Sales leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Program: Experience two distinct sales paths, including one rotation at World Headquarters (WHQ) and another in a field-based selling role as a Customer Account Specialist (CAS).
• Selling and Influencing: Build core selling skills and product knowledge through a structured curriculum and hands-on customer and field experiences.
• Business Analytics and Problem Solving: Use business dynamics and analytical tools to uncover opportunities, develop solution-based insights, and influence decision-makers.
• Sales Support and Strategy: Apply understanding of customer needs, sales trends, and business analytics to support strategy development and help drive and execute upon business priorities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong internal and external relationships through cross-functional projects, trade shows, mentorship, and diversity organizations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Experience: December 2026 or May 2027 graduate.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bonus: Majors in Business, Communications, and Liberal Arts; strong academic record; exemplary people, technical, and process leadership ready to take initiative and add value to their team.
