Mortgage Banking Management Trainee | LendSure Mortgage Corp.

The Tone:
This is a full-time Mortgage Banking Management Trainee position located in San Diego, CA, Kennesaw, GA, Warwick, RI, or Cottonwood Heights, UT. LendSure Mortgage Corp. is a rapidly expanding Wholesale Lender focused on Non-QM loan solutions, helping mortgage originators expand their businesses by offering options to borrowers who do not meet conforming guidelines. This role is crucial for developing future leaders in Sales Management, contributing directly to the company’s growth and expansion across the nation by training new talent in the mortgage banking industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn credit principles: Understand the intricacies of credit assessment within the mortgage banking industry.
• Learn underwriting processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge of loan underwriting procedures and guidelines.
• Understand operations: Acquire insights into the various operational functions of a mortgage banking firm.
• Develop sales skills: Cultivate abilities and knowledge necessary for success in mortgage banking sales.
• Prepare for leadership: Progress through training with the objective of becoming a leader in Sales Management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree is required, coupled with college-level work experience, suitable for an Entry-Level career.
• Experience: College-level work experience is necessary; prior experience in mortgage banking is not required for this role.
• Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, acceptable keyboarding skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong spelling and grammar, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, math skills, strong customer service communication, ability to work independently, proficient organization and time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and an aptitude for working in a liquid environment.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.50 or higher is preferred.
