2027 US Trainee Program- Sales | Kraft Heinz

The Tone:
This is a ten-month leadership development program at Kraft Heinz, located in Rogers, AR, Cincinnati, OH, or Minneapolis, MN, with a hybrid work model. Kraft Heinz is a global food company focused on evolving the industry with iconic and emerging food and beverage brands. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will drive new ideas, grow beloved brands, and build a lasting legacy within the company. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of food while developing essential sales and leadership skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard: Engage in two-to-four weeks of immersive onboarding to learn the business from end-to-end, build connections with your cohort, and prepare to drive impact.
• Rotate: Complete two 4-month project rotations within our sales field offices, bringing creative solutions across areas like strategic accounts, growth channels, and business development.
• Innovate: Propel beloved brands forward by uncovering new opportunities, such as winning with Gen Z shoppers, or improving real-time supply chain visibility to strengthen availability.
• Develop: Participate in dedicated leadership development rooted in our WIN leadership principles and curated learning experiences, growing as a leader and cultural ambassador of Kraft Heinz.
• Transition: Prepare for and transition into a full-time sales role upon completion of the program, with opportunities for final placement at one of the sales offices based on business needs and your interests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this program.
• Skills: Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to leadership, a passion for challenging the status quo, the capacity to lead through challenges, and the skill to simplify complex concepts. A strong alignment with Kraft Heinz’s values and vision for its brands is also essential.
