Leadership Development Program | Sepire
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sepire, located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Sepire is a fast-growing, technology-enabled communications company serving some of the most regulated industries in the country, building secure, omnichannel solutions. This program is designed for recent college graduates who want to grow with the company from day one and understand how strategy, technology, operations, sales, and client service connect. Over the first two years, participants will work across departments, take on real projects, and build cross-functional knowledge that usually takes a decade to acquire.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand business functions: Work alongside leaders in Technology, Sales, Client Services, and Operations to grasp every angle of the business.
• Execute immediate business projects: Take on initiatives tied to current business needs, often playing a pivotal support role with direct impact.
• Master CompliChain platform operations: Learn how Sepire’s proprietary technology platform works and how it creates value for clients in regulated industries.
• Grasp client lifecycle management: Develop an understanding of how enterprise clients are acquired, served, and retained.
• Drive company growth through hands-on contributions: Contribute meaningfully to the company’s expansion, not from a passive position.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Entry-level career level focusing on broad business understanding.
• Experience: No prior industry experience required; designed for recent college graduates or May/December completers.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; genuine curiosity with a high-energy, adaptable approach; coachable, team-oriented mindset; ambitious for a long-term career; a strong work ethic that does not require extensive hand-holding.
