This position is vital for assisting individuals and families in understanding available benefits and building a foundation for future team and management responsibilities within a structured, supportive environment. The role aims to develop expertise in client relationships and service delivery before advancing into mentoring and leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to build trust and provide a professional, personalized experience for clients seeking benefit information.
• Benefits Education: Explain applicable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly, helping clients evaluate available coverage.
• Service Delivery: Guide clients through applications, enrollment, and required documentation, while maintaining accurate digital records and providing ongoing support.
• Professional Development: Participate in structured virtual onboarding, coaching, and mentorship programs to develop skills in communication, goal setting, and performance management.
• Leadership Progression: Support newer representatives through mentoring, training, coaching, and team-development activities as individual proficiency and performance develop.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of client interaction and service delivery, with a keen interest in professional development and a clear path toward leadership.
• Experience: No prior insurance or management experience is required; experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or similar fields can transfer well.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening abilities, self-motivation, natural leadership potential, and coachability.
• Bonus: Willingness to complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities requiring licensure.
