• Mission: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade crypto and blockchain-based products to deliver innovative solutions in digital payments and financial services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade crypto and blockchain-based products for clients.
• System Building: Build scalable, high-performing distributed systems, including APIs, orchestration layers, and third-party integrations.
• Software Lifecycle Management: Drive end-to-end software development, encompassing architecture, design, deployment, and production support.
• Backend & Frontend Collaboration: Develop and enhance backend services using Java while collaborating with frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences using Angular.
• Quality & Security Assurance: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and software quality standards, ensuring application security, reliability, and high availability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) with 8+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong knowledge in building scalable distributed systems and blockchain technologies.
• Experience: Significant experience in the entire Secure Software Development Life cycle, including version control, CI/CD, unit testing, and performance testing, alongside experience in payments and financial services compliance, ecosystems, and processing flows.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Java-J2EE, a deep understanding of blockchain technologies (public and permissioned), De-Fi apps, security protocols, private key custody, distributed ledgers (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger), and understanding of Solidity, Assembly, and EVM technologies.
• Bonus: Full-stack software development experience.
