Key Account Sales Manager | GenesisOS Labs
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at GenesisOS Labs, located remotely. GenesisOS Labs builds The Genesis System, a practical automation platform for founders, operators, and teams seeking real-world results. Its core product, GenesisOS, is a modular operating layer allowing users to run automations, connect GBots, and manage workflows on their own hardware, online, or in hybrid setups. The company designs automation tools including GBots for research and operations, GCRM for automation-driven customer management, and specialized solutions for healthcare and regulated industries. This role is crucial for owning and growing relationships with strategic customers, helping businesses of all sizes implement robust, audit-friendly automation tailored to their workflows and scale needs, and ensuring the adoption and expansion of GenesisOS solutions to reduce reliance on multiple disconnected SaaS tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Key Account Management: Own and grow relationships with strategic customers.
• Solution Presentation: Understand client operations and automation needs to present GenesisOS Labs solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Sales Cycle Leadership: Lead the full sales cycle for assigned accounts, from discovery and demo through proposals, negotiation, and ongoing expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product and support teams to deliver integrated solutions for key customers.
• Account Expansion & Feedback: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, gather customer feedback, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to sales and customer management.
• Experience: Demonstrated skills in Sales and Key Accounts are essential to drive growth and manage strategic relationships. Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service is necessary to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership. A track record of working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple accounts effectively, and consistently meeting revenue targets is also critical.
• Skills: Strong Communication skills are required, encompassing clear written and verbal communication, alongside confident customer-facing interaction. Comfort with CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making processes is expected. The ability to collaborate effectively across product, operations, and support teams is crucial to deliver integrated solutions for key customers.
• Bonus: A background in B2B software, automation, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial for understanding the product and market landscape.
