Junior Technician – Life Safety and Security Solutions

The Opportunity

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about building a career in the low-voltage industry, with exciting possibilities for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with installation, repair, and testing of various systems used by Evergreen.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service order and project administration.

Required Qualifications (“The Necessities”)

• Low-Voltage training certificate.
• Basic electrical wiring experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication skills to interface with customers.
• Able to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions and code requirements.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment and continued random background, drug, and MVR screenings.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications (“Great to Have”)

• Government clearance.
• Prior experience working on government contracts or military bases.
• OSHA 30 certificate.
• Trainee Card.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $21 – $30/hr for well-qualified candidates.
