• Mission: This role contributes to the foundational engineering and design work for structural and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Calculate: Perform essential engineering calculations and develop accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Draft: Prepare precise engineering drawings, layouts, and other necessary drafting materials.
• Plan: Assist senior engineers in the development of comprehensive project plans and detailed reports.
• Support: Provide support for design and production tasks, alongside various miscellaneous organizational activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0-3 years of industry experience; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or commitment to achieve a passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering exam within 6 months of hire.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
