The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
• Location: Fort Worth, TX

• Mission: Perform essential embryology and andrology laboratory procedures while adhering to strict quality and ethical standards to support successful fertility treatments.
• Tech Stack: Artisan, Matcher

What You’ll Actually Do
• Embryology Procedures: Undertake a full range of embryology laboratory procedures, including medium preparation, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization checks, embryo evaluation, cryopreservation, thawing, transfers, ICSI, and assisted hatching.
• Andrology Services: Perform all andrology services, including preparing semen samples for artificial insemination and IVF, cryopreserving sperm, and conducting complete sperm analyses to World Health Organization standards.
• Quality and Compliance: Execute meticulous data entry into computer databases, maintain detailed patient logs and laboratory reports, and perform quality control, quality assessment, and participate in quality improvement programs while complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Skill Development: Actively engage in training on the latest embryology technologies, such as trophectoderm biopsy, oocyte vitrification, and complex micromanipulation skills.
• Communication: Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with staff, physicians, and patients regarding daily IVF/ICSI and embryo development outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related field. Early career professional with core domain knowledge in reproductive biology.
• Experience: 1+ years of related laboratory experience.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently, ability to work as part of a team, advanced knowledge of reproductive biology, and comfort with physical handling of oocytes, embryos, and semen.
• Bonus: Artisan and Matcher experience, experience with trophectoderm biopsy.
