What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure readiness for analysis.
• Reporting & Visualization: Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, dynamic dashboards, and insightful presentations for stakeholders.
• Core Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business improvement.
• Research & Tracking: Support senior analysts with in-depth research and meticulous performance tracking of key initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, highlighting deviations and areas for improvement to relevant teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Basic proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Skills: Strong analytical and numerical aptitude for problem-solving; good written and verbal English communication; high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or reporting; understanding of basic statistical concepts and their application; a genuine interest in analytics, business strategy, or operations.
