What You’ll Actually Do

Client Engagement: Engage proactively with clients through clear communication to confirm booking details, provide timely updates on their plans, and manage any changes effectively.
Quality Assurance: Implement established workflows and quality standards to ensure all itinerary components are accurately recorded, consistently up to date, and free from discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal team members to support seamless daily operations and respond to client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
