The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Stillwater, OK
• Pay: $15 hourly
• Team: IT Team
• Mission: Solve problems, streamline systems, and improve computer functionality to support the company’s global consulting operations.
• Tech Stack: MS Windows Desktop and Server, macOS, various distributions of Linux, Windows Active Directory, wired and wireless networking environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide daily IT support to team members.
• Updates: Manage software and hardware updates across company devices.
• Maintenance: Help maintain and improve internal IT systems.
• Onboarding: Assist with setting up workstations for new hires.
• Projects: Contribute to internal technology projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, with an eagerness to learn and grow in technology.
• Experience: Comfortable supporting both hardware and software issues; experience working in wired and wireless networking environments.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, detail oriented, self-starter, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bonus: Multiple OS support experience, including MS Windows Desktop and Server, macOS, and various distributions of Linux; experience in a Windows Active Directory environment; previous experience in a professional IT support setting.
