The Tone:

This role is critical to executing in-depth analyses, supporting new business development, and delivering investment banking products and services to clients and prospects. • Mission: Execute in-depth analyses to support new business development, transaction execution, and the delivery of investment banking products and services to clients and prospects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Valuation Analysis: Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses to determine the value of debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Financial Modeling: Build advanced financial models to value potential and actual clients or industries, applying a broad understanding of valuation and finance/accounting topics.
• Transaction Leadership: Lead due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for potential and active transactions, anticipating and escalating any deal issues in real time.
• Client Presentations: Develop, produce, and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospects, demonstrating extensive knowledge of investment banking product solutions.
• Team Mentorship: Act as an “on the job” trainer for analysts, providing constructive feedback and focusing on improving the quality of their work product.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA Degree required with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Skills: Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities, excellent mathematical, writing, verbal, and computer skills, effective leadership and coaching skills, sound judgment, deep, sophisticated understanding of accounting and finance. Must obtain SIE Exam prior to beginning employment, and Series 79 and Series 63 within 90 days of employment.
• Bonus: Internship or prior work experience in the financial services industry preferred.
