What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, utilizing techniques such as DCF, LBO, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and manage deal processes, ensuring effective communication with clients, legal counsel, and advisors.
• Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring accurate and high-quality deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Professional focused on the technology sector within investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant investment banking or corporate finance experience, with a focus on the technology sector. Proven track record in executing M&A and/or capital markets transactions, demonstrating successful transaction execution.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset, valuing a team-oriented culture.
