The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (Spring: minimum 20 hours/week; Summer: 32 hours/week)
• Location: In-person, Central and Eastern PA
• Pay: $20 hourly
• Mission: To provide practical experience and development opportunities for students pursuing a career in public accounting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to client engagements by performing various accounting and tax-related tasks.
• Develop professional relationships through networking with peers, team members, and leadership.
• Engage in continuous learning and leadership development through participation in workshops.
• Participate in team building exercises and community outreach activities.
• Execute specific accounting functions such as preparing tax returns, performing audit testing, or reviewing financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills:

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client service focus.
3. Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
