The Tone:
This is a general application for the 2026 Internship Program at Omaha Productions, with positions primarily based in our Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY offices, following a hybrid work schedule. Omaha Productions was founded by NFL Hall of Famer Peyton Manning in 2020, established with an intentional point of view on the world and a clear goal to bring people together through engaging content. This program is thoughtfully designed to give students meaningful, hands-on experience, providing a strong foundational understanding and an inside look at how a fast-moving, creative company operates. It is an ideal fit for individuals who are organized, proactive, eager to learn, and considering a career in sports media, entertainment, or operations, offering a direct view into what it takes to make the magic happen behind the scenes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day departmental tasks and actively contribute to ongoing projects, ensuring smooth workflow and progress.
• Research & Coordination: Conduct essential research for various initiatives and coordinate tasks efficiently to support project teams and objectives.
• Meeting Participation: Observe and engage in internal meetings and brainstorm sessions, gaining insight into creative development and decision-making processes.
• Project Lifecycle Immersion: Learn how content projects evolve, from initial conceptualization and ideation through all stages of development to final execution and delivery.
• Professional Skill Building: Build valuable professional skills and acquire direct, hands-on experience across different aspects of media production and business operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Applicants must be students currently enrolled in a college, university, or graduate program, or be recent graduates. This program is specifically suited for individuals who are excited to learn and ready to jump into a professional environment, with an interest in building a career in media, entertainment, or sports.
• Experience: Successful interns will be proactive, highly organized, and not afraid to take initiative. They must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others, communicate clearly and concisely, and enjoy collaborating as an integral part of a team. A willingness to work hard, ask pertinent questions, and consistently follow through on responsibilities is essential.
• Skills: At a minimum, candidates should be comfortable and proficient in using basic workplace tools, including the full suite of Google Workspace applications such as email, calendar management, and document creation.
• Bonus: A genuine interest in sports or sports media is considered a definite plus, though it is not a mandatory requirement for all roles. For specific teams, familiarity with industry-standard video editing tools like Adobe Premiere may be preferred.
