Private Equity/Real Estate Internship | Knowhere
The Tone:
This is an internship at Knowhere. Knowhere is an entrepreneurial startup actively engaged in various evolving initiatives, operating across family office management, real estate development, hospitality investment, and new ventures. The company is composed of problem-solvers dedicated to pursuing new opportunities with a growth mindset. This role is crucial for supporting the Principals and contributing to the development of new initiatives and enhanced operational methods throughout Knowhere’s diverse ecosystem.

• Team: Join a team of entrepreneurs and provide support to the Principals.
• Mission: Enhance operational processes and support new investment and business opportunities across Knowhere’s diverse ecosystem.
• Tech Stack: Airtable, Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, ClickUp
What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Organize and aggregate data from various sources within Airtable.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement new processes to streamline data analysis and insight generation.
• Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Airtable, Tableau, or PowerBI to support review processes.
• Market Research: Conduct research and thorough analysis on potential new investment and business opportunities.
• Portfolio Analysis: Research the existing venture capital portfolio and establish an internal review process for investments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level individual, highly motivated and detail-oriented, with an interest in private equity, real estate, and venture capital, comfortable working in a team environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills with practical experience in data analysis, data management, and visualization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience utilizing enabling technologies such as Airtable, Slack, or ClickUp.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and receive direction from various sources. High integrity with strong personal, professional, and ethical standards.
• Bonus: Pro-active team player who anticipates needs and is highly accountable and assertive. Comfort in multitasking and filtering requests from multiple sources. Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with firm policies.
