Job Description

Nationwide Financial offers internships in various roles like Project Management, Operations, and Sales. The 12-week program (May – August, 40 hours/week) provides interns with a comprehensive experience, including:

• High-Impact Assignments: Work on projects directly impacting Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.
• Professional Development: Attend learning sessions led by key business leaders and network with fellow interns, team members, and alumni.

To be eligible for the internship, candidates should:

• Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and within 2-3 semesters of graduation.
• Have an understanding or interest in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrate participation and leadership in extracurricular activities.
• Have a strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be committed to teamwork and customer focus.

Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program. Sponsorship for qualifying positions is determined at Nationwide’s discretion based on business needs and budget.

The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is: $21 – $50.
