What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners aged 3–16, fostering a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Instruct: Utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and state-of-the-art digital tools to facilitate high-energy and effective learning experiences.
• Mentor: Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to students, actively helping them to build confidence and develop their English language skills.
• Engage: Actively participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs, enriching the overall learning community.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any subject, a valid passport, and the ability to pass a clean background check. Candidates must also demonstrate a genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange. This is an Early Career role.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided by English 1.
• Skills: English language proficiency, essential for effective teaching and communication in the classroom.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a valuable qualification, though English 1 offers sponsorship to obtain it.
