• Mission: To manage and develop a portfolio of academic and experiential global programs from design to execution, ensuring their successful operation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Development: Manage and develop a portfolio of academic and experiential global programs, including new semester, summer, and short-term opportunities.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of planning, design, and execution for assigned small, routine projects, coordinating with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Student & Faculty Support: Direct student recruitment, advising, and application processes, implement pre-departure preparation, and provide on-program support for faculty and students.
• Financial Management: Draft and manage program budgets, create and manage vendor contracts, ensure timely submission of vendor payment requests, and manage expense reimbursements.
• Vendor Relations: Assist with the selection, negotiation, and management of activities regarding external consultants or vendors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, suitable for an entry-level position focused on program management within global academic and experiential learning.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required; however, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse teams are essential.
• Skills: Program budget development, vendor contract management, project tracking and reporting, strong interpersonal communication, and administrative task execution.
