Intern – Visual Merchandising | Crocs, Inc.

The Tone:
This is an internship at Crocs, Inc., located in Broomfield, CO, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of fashion footwear. Crocs designs and manufactures innovative footwear, and this role contributes to creating impactful in-store experiences. The intern will help bring the brand story to life for customers, directly influencing sales and brand perception. This position is part of a 10-week program designed to develop early career professionals.

The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week for 10 weeks)
• Location: Hybrid, Broomfield, CO
• Pay: $24–$26 hourly
• Team: Global Visual Merchandising team
• Mission: Help implement visual merchandising strategies to create compelling shopping environments that drive sales and profitability.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Sketchup, Figma

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Guidelines: Assist in creating seasonal visual merchandising and window guidelines.
• Prepare Assets: Prepare shoe imagery and artwork for store mock-ups and presentation decks.
• Ensure Standards: Support the creation and resizing of promotional assets, ensuring adherence to Crocs’ graphical standards and brand guidelines.
• Quality Control: Assist in proofreading and quality control for all VM and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and on-brand execution.
• Coordinate Production: Support the coordination and tracking of in-store marketing production and distribution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Graphic Design, Retail Studies, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduate (2026) with a strong interest in retail environments and brand storytelling.
• Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational skills, high attention to detail, self-starter with initiative and adaptability.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred, Sketchup and Figma a plus.
