The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Temporary (maximum ten months)
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $18–$25 hourly
• Mission: Support branches and their teams in wealth management through marketing, sales, and market research to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Knowledge Acquisition: Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
• Skill Development: Develop business, financial, and analytical skills necessary for a career in global wealth management and financial services.
• Support Services: Provide marketing and sales support to various branches and their teams.
• Market Research: Perform detailed market research to inform business strategies.
• Business Exposure: Gain direct exposure to the wealth management business, including products, services, and clients’ financial needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: A strong desire to gain further understanding of the global wealth management business.
• Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal); ability to work collaboratively on a team; strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information.
• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred; in pursuit of a college degree is preferable.
