What You’ll Actually Do
• Work collaboratively with project teams across various disciplines.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned BGE employees to foster professional growth.
• Participate in specific career development events and training sessions.
• Engage in intern-specific activities designed to complement normal work responsibilities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a full-time student actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Strong proficiency with standard business software, specifically MS Office, and the capacity to quickly learn new industry-specific software applications.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and the willingness and capacity to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
