What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a structured program to build comprehensive knowledge across all areas of the business and the professional services industry.
• Departmental Exposure: Receive direct exposure to various departments within the company to understand diverse operational functions.
• Hands-On Training: Participate in hands-on training initiatives to develop practical skills relevant to business operations.
• Skill Development: Collaborate with multiple departments to cultivate and enhance leadership, organization, communication, and time management proficiencies.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of departments as part of the intern experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No specific years required; however, prior co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative role is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet; strong foundational skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management are beneficial.
• Bonus: Academic major in business or a related field; demonstrated leadership or management role in campus or extracurricular activities; availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made/accepted.
