• Mission: To gain practical experience and training while assisting with departmental tasks and projects related to controlling functions, including closing processes, account reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Departmental Support: Assist the plant controlling team with their daily responsibilities, which includes tasks related to closing processes, account reconciliation, reporting, and forecasting.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare cost center expense reporting packages and support monthly business reporting with a main focus on analysis.
• Forecasting & Planning: Conduct cash position forecasting and support the overall business planning and forecasting processes.
• Data Monitoring & Distribution: Monitor and distribute key performance data and other required reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Month-End & Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the month-end closing process and contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or having graduated from such a program within the last year.
• Experience: The ideal candidate can commit to working for at least 6 months straight, on a full-time basis (Monday through Friday), with potential opportunities for internship renewal in the Summer/Fall of 2027.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and mathematical capabilities, a structured working approach for maintaining high-quality standards, good attention to detail, effective decision-making, problem-solving abilities, strong oral communication skills, and robust proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data management and report writing, along with a good command of the English language.
• Bonus: Knowledge and experience with MS Power BI/Tableau are preferred, and familiarity with SAP is considered desirable.
