Fall 2026 Intern | New Jewish Narrative
The Tone:
This is an internship at New Jewish Narrative, which operates mostly remotely, though Washington, DC candidates are preferred. The organization focuses on advancing Israeli-Palestinian peace through programs, communications, development, and advocacy work. This role is crucial for providing broad support across these areas, enabling the organization to expand its reach and impact during the Fall 2026 semester. Interns are encouraged to bring their own passions and develop independent projects within the organization’s mission.

• Mission: This intern will provide crucial support across programs, communications, development, and advocacy efforts to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace and American policy.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including data analysis, tracking the organization’s media output and engagement numbers, and sending thank-you notes and donation acknowledgments.
• Educational Content Creation: Develop materials for educational programming such as informational one-pagers, graphics, social media content, webinars, and content for PeaceCast, the organization’s podcast.
• Research and Content Development: Conduct research and assist in pitching op-eds or blog posts for the New Jewish Narrative website.
• Event Coordination: Assist with protest and event planning, including associated communications, specifically for NJN’s Fall Gala in mid-October.
• Database Management: Maintain and update online database records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student (juniors or seniors preferred) or recent graduate.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in Israeli-Palestinian peace and American policy, as well as a demonstrated interest in civil rights and advocacy/organizing work.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational abilities, time-management skills, and the ability to quickly grasp new technical and administrative skills.
• Bonus: Candidates located in Washington, DC are preferred for this mostly remote position.
