Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern, Fenty (Summer 2026)

Internship Program Overview (Summer 2026):
Kendo Brands offers a comprehensive paid 10-week Summer Internship program designed to kickstart careers in the beauty industry. Interns will:

Application & Program Details:
- Application Window: February 1 to February 15.
- Compensation: $24/hour.
- Duration: 10 weeks.
- Program Dates (Choose one):
- June 2nd to August 6th
- June 23rd to August 27th
- Work Model: Hybrid from Kendo’s downtown San Francisco office.
- Work Schedule: Interns will work in the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely from home on Monday and Friday.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a rising junior, senior, or a 2026 graduate (within the past 12 months) of an accredited college or university.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Role Summary – Influencer Marketing Intern, Fenty:
The Influencer Marketing, Fenty intern will be fully integrated into the daily operations of the Influencer Marketing team. A key component of the internship will be leading an individual project, which will culminate in a presentation to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Influencer Gifting Process across the Fenty Beauty Brands.
- Manage Influencer and Content Creator Identification for key campaigns.
- Report and analyze findings related to campaign performance.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the various levers of Influencer Marketing and how the team collaborates cross-functionally with other Marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional knowledge of current beauty and influencer trends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty/cosmetics.
- Ability to support multiple projects and effectively problem-solve in a deadline-intensive environment.
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior, or 2026 graduate with prior experience relating to Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Public Relations.
