Job Description: HR Trainings Intern
This is a paid internship opportunity, located on-site in South Jordan, UT, with a duration of up to 3 months and flexible hours. The intern will focus on projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy, and reducing manual processes within HR Training. A key aspect of the role is leveraging Copilot and apps within the Power Platform to streamline various tasks.
The intern will contribute to the following projects:
• Knowledge of the Week Program:
• Automate the submission collection process for the “Knowledge of the Week” program and generate weekly and quarterly reports.
• Gamify the program using Power Platform and AI, creating a Bingo game.
• Extract key information from source files to formulate scenario-based questions with multiple-choice options and manage submissions.
• Global and Harassment Training:
• Streamline the tracking of training completion status and automate follow-up emails to function heads or individual participants.
• Utilize apps in Power Platform to consolidate information from various sources into a unified file.
• Training Budget Projection Process:
• Utilize apps in Power Platform to streamline the consolidation of input data and allocate it across different companies for budget projections.
Desired Qualifications:
• Background/education in HR, training, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to create structured documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with Copilot and apps in Power Platform.
