• Mission: This person supports clients on various healthcare reimbursement consulting projects, including Medicare and Medicaid Disproportionate Share, Medicare Bad Debts, and Uncompensated Care Reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support clients on diverse reimbursement consulting projects, such as Medicare and Medicaid Disproportionate Share, Medicare Bad Debts, and Uncompensated Care Reporting.
• Software Learning: Learn and adapt to new internal software and platforms specific to the consulting practice.
• Data Analysis: Demonstrate strong analytical skills by compiling and assessing large data sets, while actively identifying potential data concerns or issues.
• Knowledge Development: Learn and develop new technical knowledge specific to the consulting practice and the clients served.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners across different firm service lines, understanding the full breadth of firm offerings, and deliver an unmatched client experience through timely communication.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, analytics, or healthcare administration from an accredited university. This is an entry-level role.
• Experience: Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher in both major and overall coursework.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical capabilities, strong technical competencies, and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Ability to intern from January 2027 through August 2027.
