What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Support enterprise transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate: Work across functions to solve complex challenges and advance strategic priorities.
• Analyze: Use data and insights to inform decisions, recommendations, and execution plans.
• Identify: Discover opportunities to improve processes, simplify work, and drive innovation.
• Leverage: Utilize digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, AI, or a related field is required.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, as this program is for recent graduates.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders, demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results, and strong analytical skills to develop insights, recommendations, and visualizations.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other analytical technologies is preferred. Current or previous internship, co-op, manufacturing, or transformation-related experience is also preferred.
