What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Program Delivery Support: Support the design and delivery of organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Impact and Readiness Assessment: Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities to support successful adoption of change.
• Strategy and Intervention Development: Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans, engagement approaches, and learning interventions.
• Benefit Realisation: Support clients to embed new ways of working and realise the intended benefits of transformation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Management consulting or corporate strategy experience supporting large-scale business, digital or operational transformation programmes.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working in highly complex client environments, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills; excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; commercial awareness.
• Bonus: Change Management qualification e.g. PROSCI, APMG or equivalent.
