What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Work closely with the team on various projects, gaining practical exposure to real-world business development operations within a startup environment.
• Support: Assist with outreach initiatives, communication strategies, and daily coordination tasks to ensure go-to-market efforts consistently move forward.
• Build: Help organize and streamline internal processes, creating efficient workflows that directly support Adaptive’s GTM and overall business development endeavors.
• Operate: Provide assistance with core business operations tasks, which includes drafting contracts, managing important documents, and maintaining workflows crucial for deal execution.
• Innovate: Contribute creative ideas, actively test new approaches, and support ongoing improvements to existing go-to-market strategies and internal workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Entry-Level.
• Experience: A demonstrated history of exceeding expectations on projects; comfort operating in rapid-growth startup environments with evolving needs.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent handwriting; strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing critical tasks effectively; eagerness to work collaboratively as a team player, learning from and contributing to collective success; possession of boundless energy and an enthusiastic approach, ready to pursue ambitious goals.
