Demand Generation Representative Intern – Latin America Market | Glake, Inc.
The Tone:
This is a part-time, fully remote internship at Glake, Inc. Glake, Inc. is on a mission to connect K-pop fans worldwide, building a global app for 200M+ K-pop fans to belong together. This role is crucial for driving Glake’s growth across Latin America, which is identified as the fastest-growing K-pop market, by researching fan communities, local trends, and developing market penetration strategies.

• Mission: Owns identifying K-pop fan communities, local events, and online trends in Latin America to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for regional user growth.
• Tech Stack: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research and map K-pop fan communities, local events, online trends, influencers, and local partners across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and the rest of Latin America.
• Strategy: Craft go-to-market strategies to effectively penetrate the Latin American market based on research findings.
• Campaign Support: Support go-to-market campaign planning and execution specifically for the Latin America region.
• Advertising: Run paid social campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads, and produce the necessary ad creative and content.
• Analysis: Track regional user growth, analyze campaign performance to identify effective and ineffective strategies, and iterate on strategy accordingly.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Entry-level.
• Experience: Strong interest in K-pop, fan communities, or the creator economy, coupled with an understanding of social media platforms and trends prevalent in Latin America.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote environment.
• Bonus: You are a fan of K-pop and have attended a K-pop concert; fluent in Spanish or Portuguese; have managed fan communities or social media accounts; have grown a social media account and possess experience building an audience from scratch; or have launched your own product or service, taken it to market, and driven awareness for it.
