Group L&D Intern | Jobster
The Tone:
This is an internship at Jobster for Richemont. Richemont is a global leader in the luxury sector, encompassing various Houses specializing in jewelry, watches, and high-end accessories, each with a rich heritage of style, quality, and craftsmanship. This role is crucial for enhancing learning experiences and fostering a supportive work environment, strengthening a mature learning culture across the Group. The intern will contribute to evolving Richemont’s heritage and empowering its people and organization to grow and thrive amidst constant change.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Platform Administration: Provide administrative support for digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP) by extracting, analyzing, and reporting on learner activity for evaluation and impact.
• Content Curation: Curate and select relevant digital learning content on various topics, collaborating with subject matter experts across different functions, Maisons, and Regions.
• Vendor Management: Review and update vendor processes and administrative access to obtain learner reports from all Maisons and Regions, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
• Community Engagement: Lead and prepare high-quality presentations for community engagements focused on digital platforms and learning consumption.
• Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for various L&D projects run by Group L&D with Central Functions and assist with global event organization or community engagements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with an academic qualification, available for a 6-month internship starting 15.06.2026, and requiring an internship agreement with their school/university.
• Experience: Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a digital learning tool.
• Skills: Data-driven with an analytical mindset, basic planning, project management, and communication skills, organized and proactive, fluent in English, comfortable with MS Office, ability to work as part of cross-functional teams, and a serial learner.
• Bonus: Understanding or practice of Instructional Design and Adult Learning pedagogy, fluency in French.
