What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency across social media, website, email campaigns, posters, and in-arena signage.
• Develop: Branded content to effectively promote Florida Everblades games, Hertz Arena events, concerts, and special promotions.
• Produce: Essential game-day materials such as programs, tickets, and promotional giveaways.
• Support: The creation of motion graphics or video assets for in-arena video boards and social media when applicable.
• Collaborate: With the marketing team to ensure design concepts align with overall brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in these areas.
• Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, supported by a required portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Skills: A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms and designing for digital channels. Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects. A passion for sports, entertainment, or event marketing.
