Graphic Design Intern | Greenstone Partners

The Tone:

The company is expanding its marketing capabilities and is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join this growing team. This role provides significant hands-on experience, supporting a diverse range of marketing initiatives. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that directly impact active commercial real estate transactions, shape company branding, and produce client-facing marketing materials utilized across the firm and seen by clients, investors, and industry professionals. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a professional portfolio within a commercial context, applying creative talents under established brand guidelines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Asset Management: Build and organize company-wide icon and retailer logo libraries.
• Visual Design: Design neighborhood overview graphics and market snapshots.
• Data Presentation: Develop visualizations of Greenstone’s transaction activity and market presence.
• Creative Rendering: Create mapping overlays, infographics, and conceptual 3D renderings for marketing and business development.
• Brand Support: Assist with branding initiatives and creative asset management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Demonstrated understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy gained through academic projects or prior work.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bonus: Prior experience with mapping, illustration, motion graphics, data visualization, or 3D rendering is considered a plus.
