Graduate Project Development Advisor (Alumni Records) | Bath Spa University

• Mission: To support strategic projects aimed at improving student experience, strengthening digital record-keeping, and developing high-quality resources for alumni.

What You’ll Actually Do
• User Experience: Enhance the user experience of the new Digital Certificates system, including producing multimedia guides for students and third parties.
• Process Review: Support the review and improvement of existing certificate and record-keeping processes within the Alumni Records Office.
• Information Governance: Work with Information Governance and Alumni teams to contribute to record retention approaches and communication strategies.
• Communications Project: Coordinate an information package for final-year students as part of the “Preparing for Graduation” Communications Project, drawing on recent graduate experiences.
• Project Contribution: Act as a contributing member of the Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS) Task Force and support the Alumni Records Office’s daily operational activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a former Bath Spa student who graduated in 2025 or will be graduating in 2026, with a strong working knowledge of core IT applications and digital tools.
• Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a team and experience managing a busy workload effectively under pressure.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
