The Tone:
This is a year-long comprehensive graduate program at Deutsche Bank, located in New York. The Private Bank division combines wealth management, private banking, and personal banking, serving over 20 million clients globally with over 500 billion Euros in assets under management. This program provides comprehensive professional and technical training, offering exposure to fascinating projects to develop the essential skills for a successful career in wealth management. • Mission: To contribute to the design and development of critical products for clients to achieve their financial goals and maximize opportunities, while developing key analytical, interpersonal, and advisory skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn about various business products and contribute to their design and development to support client financial goals.
• Work alongside Relationship and Investment Managers, or specialize in specific product areas within wealth management.
• Develop individual solutions to master your analytical, interpersonal, and advisory capabilities.
• Gain extensive experience by engaging with demanding internal and external clients.
• Participate in a comprehensive year-long program structured for enhanced client focus, clear career pathing, and structured learning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of studies (all final exams, coursework, and no outstanding requirements for graduation) between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. Academic achievement across various disciplines is valued.
• Experience: No more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience. Must be able to start full-time work in July 2027 and be presently authorized to work in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship from Deutsche Bank now or in the future.
• Skills: Intelligence, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, a keen interest in finance and the chosen field, and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows. This includes applying critical judgment to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
