Nature & Purpose of Position
This Graduate Employee position provides essential administrative and operational support within the Office of Assessment and Accountability in the College of Education (COE). The role involves a variety of tasks crucial for the smooth functioning of the office, focusing on communication, data management, event coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspondence Management: Support daily management of correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Technological Platform Support: Accurately enter information into various technological platforms and provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff with their operations on these systems.
- Data Management and Reporting: Assist the Associate Dean, Director, and other staff members with the collection, analysis, and maintenance of data. Contribute to the creation and distribution of reports and presentations.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Help with the planning and coordination of various meetings and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
- Travel Document Assistance: Assist with gathering and submitting necessary travel documents for staff.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phones, transfer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supply inventory, prepare documents, and assist with various office projects as needed.
