This position offers valuable hands-on experience in program management, recruitment, marketing, and research within an academic setting. What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Coordination: Provide comprehensive assistance for the organization and execution of meetings, workshops, and various program events, including scheduling, communications, and document management.
• Student Recruitment & Engagement: Lead the coordination of recruitment events, act as a primary liaison for both current and prospective students, and design effective outreach strategies to attract applicants.
• Program Marketing & Outreach: Spearhead the creation of compelling marketing materials, including traditional and digital content, and foster collaborative relationships with university partners and community colleges.
• Research Support: Actively support faculty and staff in research projects, including methodical data collection, comprehensive literature reviews, and analysis.
• Program Enhancement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current industry trends and best practices within health administration to identify opportunities for enhancing and expanding program offerings.

• Background: Must be currently enrolled and in good standing in a graduate program at Eastern Michigan University.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong organizational acumen and proven ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a professional academic environment.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine interest in health administration, academic research, and student engagement initiatives.
• Bonus: Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with design software such as Canva or similar platforms.
