• Type: Temporary (maximum 10 months)
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $18–$25 hourly
• Mission: Provide support to wealth management branches and gain exposure to industry operations and client needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Knowledge Acquisition: Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
• Skill Development: Develop business, financial, and analytical skills essential for a career in global wealth management and financial services.
• Operational Support: Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
• Market Analysis: Perform market research to inform business strategies.
• Business Exposure: Gain exposure to the wealth management business, including products, services, and clients’ financial needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma required; currently pursuing a college degree is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience: Limited duration position, with a maximum duration of ten months.
• Skills: Strong desire to gain further understanding of the global wealth management business; effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal); ability to work on a team; strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information.
