What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee logistics, demand planning, inventory, transportation, and customer relations management to optimize the global fulfillment network.
• Develop: Build expertise in direct/indirect procurement, supplier quality, finished product sourcing, and distressed supplier management through rotational assignments.
• Forecast: Contribute to product fulfillment and forecasting strategies to ensure efficient product launches and supply.
• Drive: Implement continuous improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence within the supply chain.
• Present: Advocate for initiatives and build professional networks by presenting directly to senior leadership during each rotation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2027 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial or Applied Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance, with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Experience: Entry-level position requiring indefinite US work authorization and geographical mobility; no specific prior professional experience is mandated beyond degree completion.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, data-driven problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and basic financial acumen.
• Bonus: Prior internship or co-op experience within supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing (ideally in a similar corporate environment), and a foundational understanding of project management or continuous improvement tools.
