GLDP Associate – Finance Track | Advanced Sterilization Products

The Tone:
This is an entry-level rotational program for future finance leaders at Advanced Sterilization Products, a leading global provider of sterilization and disinfection solutions. The company is a pioneer in low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology, dedicated to protecting patients from hospital-acquired infections. This role is crucial for developing professionals who can drive business strategy and operational performance by providing financial insights and leadership within a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain foundational business knowledge through hands-on, meaningful experiences across three cross-functional rotations within a 2-year program.
• Develop a deep understanding of finance areas, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and other strategic finance functions.
• Learn how financial insights drive decision-making within the organization, covering forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Lead intensive projects during each rotation to make an immediate, long-lasting impact on business operations.
• Strengthen technical and interpersonal skills through meaningful responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career stage with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related major.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus involvement, projects, or prior work experience.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; exhibit interest in developing both technical finance expertise and business partnership capabilities; thrive in a collaborative and continuously evolving environment.
• Bonus: A preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher out of 4.0; a customer-centric approach to solutions, including taking risks and experimenting; a drive for results and continuous improvement, even in difficult circumstances; and strategic thinking capabilities.
