Global Finance Talent Program | Lenovo

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early-career development program at Lenovo, located in Morrisville, North Carolina with a hybrid schedule. Lenovo is a US$83 billion global technology company, a Fortune Global 500 company known for its full-stack portfolio of AI-enabled devices, infrastructure, software, solutions, and services. This program is designed for early-career finance professionals to complete rotations across different areas of Lenovo Finance, gaining essential experience and building skills for future opportunities within the company. Participants will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, training, and global exposure, contributing to Lenovo’s mission of delivering Smarter Technology for All.

• Mission: To develop early-career finance professionals with comprehensive financial analysis, planning, accounting, pricing, and business strategy experience for future roles within Lenovo Finance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete three 12-month rotations across diverse Finance teams.
• Analysis: Analyze financial and business performance to provide insights for decision-making.
• Support: Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost management.
• Improvement: Utilize data, analytics, AI tools, and financial systems to enhance reporting and processes.
• Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across Lenovo globally.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field completed by June 2027. This is an early-career role.
• Experience: Two years or less of related corporate experience, including internships, with a strong foundation in financial and analytical skills.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency, the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; an interest in AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging technology; comfortable working with global and cross-functional teams; and a curious, adaptable approach to continuous learning.
