What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Join incoming analysts from around the world to gain a deep understanding of the firm and its business operations through an immersive global training program.
• Skill Development: Build essential technical and professional skills through ongoing formal and informal training opportunities provided throughout the program.
• Network Expansion: Engage with senior executives and cultivate a global network across the firm to explore future career opportunities.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis, utilizing proprietary models to support the development of investment ideas.
• Product & Portfolio Support: Assist with the development of new products and the construction of client portfolios across various asset classes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a U.S. college/university, expected to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no employment-based immigration sponsorship or assistance for OPT/CPT is provided for this program.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational abilities with a capacity for multitasking; genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends; highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive; good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
