What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop leadership and technical skills through a 30-month program with two hands-on rotational assignments across different finance and accounting areas.
• Complete an 18-month first rotation located in El Paso, Texas / Juarez, Mexico, providing support to the MedTech Supply Chain business.
• Relocate for a 12-month second rotation to one of many New Jersey/Pennsylvania locations, supporting either Innovative Medicine, MedTech, or Corporate segments.
• Participate in five weeks of training throughout the program, led by internal and external experts, to strengthen business knowledge and build essential skills.
• Gain meaningful experience across Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Corporate Headquarters, expanding your professional network in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, and Treasury.
• Apply what you know and expand your professional network across the company, while also being encouraged to pursue professional certifications like the CMA or CPA.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or a fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field. Degree must be earned between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: A GPA of 3.0 or higher with examples of leadership experience, authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis, and willingness to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation. Dual United States & Mexican citizenship is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
• Bonus: Experience using Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and Word.
